Rapid Prototypes & Production 3D Printing
Get functional parts without the long lead times or high costs of traditional tooling. We provide industrial-grade, batch 3D printing for end-use components, custom manufacturing aids, specialized tooling, and rapid prototyping.
Beyond the print
Elevate your parts to the next level with one or more of these post processing options.
Brass Threaded Inserts - add strength and longevity to the connection points of your print assembly.
Magnets - create snap-fit components or improve modularity of your design with high strength neodymium magnets.
Hardware Installation - install non-printed components like bearings, bolts, and nuts.
Assembly - fully or sub-assembled units allow you to jump right into your project when your prints arrive.
Materials
PLA
PLA is an ideal material for beginners due to its ease of use, dimensional accuracy, affordability, and biodegradability, perfect for decorative items. However, it's not fit for high-temperature or stress applications.
PETG
PETG is designed for high-speed printing and effectively addresses oozing and clumping. Offering greater durability and toughness than PLA, PETG is ideal for creating long-lasting items.
ABS
ABS is an affordable and durable material, perfect for creating tough, heat-resistant parts. Ideal for experienced users, it requires an enclosure due to its unpleasant odor.
ASA
ASA is a common alternative to ABS, offering improved UV (ultraviolet), temperature, and impact resistance. It's ideal for prototyping, outdoor, automotive, and engineering applications due to its high stability
TPU
TPU filament is a flexible, durable 3D printing material with rubber-like elasticity, impact resistance, and strong layer adhesion. It’s ideal for phone cases, wearables, gaskets, and protective parts.
